Welcome to my site! My name is James and I’m a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with well over a decade of experience. I’m looking for those who, for years, have tried to either lose weight, build muscle, tone, get their “high school figure” back or who simply want to attain a great physique for the first time in their lives! I know that it takes a personally tailored exercise plan that fits the individual. I don’t treat any of my clients as just “another appointment.” Most personal trainers do this once they get overloaded with clients and start to look at them as just “numbers.” My main goal as a personal trainer is to get to know what makes you tick, what triggers bad eating habits and decisions and I push you to the max in your workouts to get you RESULTS, period! From showing you the proper way to exercise and get in shape to nutrition and diet, I teach you how to actually LIVE HEALTHIER for life and not just for the moment.
I ABSOLUTELY love what I do and it is a TRUE PASSION of mine. There are not a lot of personal trainers in the industry today that truly care about their clients.
